Ventus VCT plc listed on the London Stock Exchange in March 2005 and raised additional capital via a C-share offering in 2009 and in 2010. Ventus VCT plc invests in a portfolio of companies that develop, construct and operate onshore energy projects.

Ventus 2 VCT plc

Ventus 2 VCT plc initially closed in May 2006 and raised additional capital via a C-share offering in 2009 and in 2010. Ventus 2 VCT plc also invests in companies that develop, construct and operate onshore UK energy projects.

The majority of investments are in companies constructing small to medium sized onshore wind farms but the funds also have the scope to invest in companies using other renewable energy technologies such as biomass, hydro and landfill gas.
